Materials & Construction RulesThe Materials and Construction Rules we are using for all our houses & building are described below: 1) Concrete structure. Reinforced concrete frame comprising of raft foundation, columns, beams and slabs, designed in accordance seismic regulations.2) Walls. Exterior walls are of 20cm hollow bricks. Internal partition walls are of 10cm hollow bricks. 3) Floors: First quality ceramic tiles. 6) Kitchen cupboards oak covering, FIRE PROOF working area. Installation of fitted over, gas & electric cooker. On walls ceramic. Between cupboards & walls, normal paint. Drainage for clothes & plates washing machines.Gas provision.7) Bath/douche in walls & ceramic floor. Cupboards with oak covering, washing basin mirrors.8) Sitting room ceiling, dining room & bedroom, normal paint.9) Main entrance, door oak wood (SOLID WOOD). Inside door, oak covering. Each bedroom cupboard oak covering. Aluminium doors & windows (DOUBLE GLAZING). Railing on verandas & stairs.10) Inside walls with paint. Surrounding walls will be painted on both sides.11) All rooms including the dining room, sitting room & kitchen except from the electrical installation, provisions for a central heating system will be installed. Provisions for air-conditioning will be installed in all bedrooms /kitchen/sitting room.12) In addition to a septic & absorbent drainage an installation of manhole tube for future connection on the central drainage system.13) Solar heater. 14) Sanitary ware (mixer, bath etc) 15) Swimming pool according the plans. Note: the construction of pool is optional and at an extra cost.
